Biochem/physiol Actions

General description

抗生素抗霉菌溶液配制为每毫升包含 10,000 单位的青霉素，10 mg 链霉素和 25μg 两性霉素 B，并溶于专门的柠檬酸盐缓冲液中。细胞培养使用浓度推荐为 10mL/L。抗生素抗霉菌溶液常用于阻止细胞培养基中有害微生物（包括细菌和真菌）的生长。
