  • 作为代谢物/化学标准品对鼠肿瘤组织间液中的代谢物水平进行定量分析

生化/生理作用

乙酰左旋肉碱(ALC)在中间代谢和提高女性生育力中起重要作用。女性生殖系统的氧化和代谢状态受到ALC调控。ALC具有拟胆碱和抗炎功效。它可调控γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)系统。ALC能调节大脑的葡萄糖利用率。ALC对发育大脑具有神经保护作用。
通过线粒体膜转运乙酰基的内源性线粒体代谢物。外源性乙酰肉碱增强老年大鼠线粒体功能。作为辅酶 A 的醋酸盐供体，增加中枢和外周乙酰胆碱合成和功能。乙酰肉碱具有抗伤害感受性活性，可能通过增强毒蕈碱胆碱能受体或 mGlu2 谷氨酸受体的活性介导。
