General description
血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)是一种二肽基羧肽酶,存在于具有锌结合基序HEXXH的体细胞和睾丸亚型中。ACE通过肾素-血管紧张素系统调节血压。ACE通过将血管紧张素I转化为一种关键的血管收缩剂血管紧张素II,并抑制一种有效的血管舒张剂缓激肽,从而提高血压。抑制血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)是一种有针对性的高血压治疗策略。临床应用的ACE合成抑制肽包括卡托普利、依那普利和赖诺普利。目前,正在从天然食物来源 或植物来源的酚类化合物中开发抑制ACE的多肽。ACE通过释放精子膜中与糖基磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)结合的蛋白,在受精过程中发挥重要作用。
Application
兔肺血管紧张素转换酶已应用于:
- 采用高效液相色谱法测定蛋清蛋白水解物对ACE活性的抑制作用
- 以希波瑞尔-L-组氨酸-L-亮氨酸(HHL)为底物,分别采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)3和HPLC法 测定荔枝果皮 和熟鸡胸肉 对血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)的抑制作用
- 提高一些细胞系在 体外 释放GPI锚定蛋白,如HeLa, HEK293和 体内 小鼠精子。
