生化/生理作用
重组 DNA 技术可将目的基因附着在特定序列或基因上，提供′亲和柄′设计，选择性识别和纯化目的蛋白。 在给定基因中添加V5标签序列（GKPIPNPLLGLDST）会产生稳定的融合产物，这一产物似乎不会干扰蛋白的生物活性或干扰标记产物的生物分布。研究人员已经设计出许多重组蛋白表达衍生自猴副流感病毒V5的短序列，这些短序列称为V5-标签。抗“标签”琼脂糖结合物可以促进检测、分离和纯化这些蛋白质。
外形
