General description
JumpStart™ Taq 抗体为热启动 PCR 提供了一种有效的方法。该抗体是一种对 Taq DNA 聚合酶具有特异性的中和单克隆抗体。当抗体与 Taq 结合时，该酶就失去活性。在热循环的第一个变性步骤，酶-抗体复合物解离，JumpStart Taq 抗体变得不起作用。一旦抗体变性，Taq DNA 聚合酶的活性就会恢复，并且酶在 PCR 反应过程中正常发挥作用。JumpStart Taq 通常用于防止不良扩增产物。
