生化/生理作用

别嘌呤醇是一种嘌呤类似物，可抑制某些参与嘌呤代谢的酶。减少体内的尿酸合成。别嘌呤醇可抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶，对动脉粥样硬化、急性肺损伤和充血性心力衰竭具有抗炎作用。
黄嘌呤氧化酶和初始嘧啶生物合成的抑制剂。治疗高尿酸血症和痛风的经典药物。
