一般描述

3-氨基-1,2,4-三唑是一种有效的除草剂，对百慕大草和偃麦草等野草有较好的除草效果。它通过根部进入植物循环，主要存在于分生组织中。3-氨基-1,2,4-三唑可抑制叶绿素合成，从而导致褪绿叶和白化植物。此外，它还会影响植物的生长。它被用来消灭多余的杂草。由甲酸氨基胍合成，分子量为84 Da。

应用

3-氨基-1,2,4-三唑用于：
  • 用作人类胚胎肾(HEK293T)细胞中的细胞器特定的干扰剂
  • 用作培养基中组氨酸生物合成抑制剂，用于筛选酵母双杂交共转化子
