生化/生理作用

三环类抗抑郁药;去甲肾上腺素和5-羟色胺转运体抑制剂;对α1-肾上腺素能受体,5-羟色胺和毒蕈碱乙酰胆碱受体具有高体外亲和力。
三环类抗抑郁药;抑制去甲肾上腺素和5-羟色胺转运蛋白,Kis分别为100 nM和14.7 nM;对α1-肾上腺素能受体,5-羟色胺和毒蕈碱乙酰胆碱受体具有高体外亲和力。
盐酸阿密曲替林(Amitriptyline)可用于治疗焦虑、躁郁和更年期抑郁症。它具有抗组胺、抗胆碱和抗血清素特性。盐酸阿密曲替林是两亲性药物,具有神经抑制活性。
