General description
单克隆抗-FLAG M2-过氧化物酶是一种共价偶联至辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）的小鼠IgG抗体。该抗体可与FLAG融合蛋白结合，并在N末端、Met-N末端、C末端和内部FLAG肽识别FLAG表位。
Application
用于通过免疫细胞化学、ELIS或Western blotting的简单一步法检测。 特别适用于检测小鼠二抗体可能会引起交叉反应的鼠宿主中表达的FLAG融合蛋白。
