General description

N-(2-乙酰氨基)-2-氨基乙磺酸 (ACES) 是一种用于生物化学和分子生物学研究的两性离子缓冲液。它是一种Good′s缓冲液，pH 范围为 6.15 - 8.35。ACES 缓冲液水溶液的最优pH范围是 6.1 - 7.5。

Application

ACES 可用于：

  • 用作木炭酵母提取物 (BYCE) 缓冲琼脂成分，用于铺板细菌培养和缓冲酵母提取物 (BYE) 液体培养基以培养细菌
  • 研究 pH 值变化对细菌（枯草芽孢杆菌）孢子热灭活的影响
