General description

单磷酸腺苷蛋白激酶（AMPK）激活剂5-氨基咪唑-4-羧酰胺核糖核苷酸（AICAR）可调节细胞能量。它可调控脂质和葡萄糖代谢、促炎反应、细胞因子生产、细胞增殖和凋亡。AICAR可改善大鼠的缺血或再灌注损伤和肾脏纤维化。其可提供肾小管坏死保护作用。
