General description
碱性磷酸酶是一种金属酶，属于外切核苷酸酶家族。存在于胆管、骨、肠、胎盘和肿瘤中。
Application
碱性磷酸酶蓝膜底物溶液已用于：
- 分析直接碱性磷酸酶（AP）活性
- 用比色系统进行碱性磷酸酶测定
- 分析诱导多能干细胞（iPSC）系LND554SV.3的直接碱性磷酸酶（AP）活性
在与碱性磷酸酶反应之前，BCIP®试剂为无色至淡蓝色，硝基BT试剂为黄色。在膜型测定中，两组分混合物与碱性磷酸酶形成蓝紫色产物。不建议将该底物用于ELISA分析。
