碱性磷酸酶二乙醇胺检测试剂盒提供了一种检测碱性磷酸酶活性的即用型试剂。这种简单的检测分析碱性磷酸酶活性的方法使用了p-磷酸对硝基苯酯(pNPP)作为底物。
应用
碱性磷酸酶活性二乙醇胺法检测试剂盒已被用于:

生化/生理作用
碱性磷酸酶将pNPP水解为对硝基苯酚和无机磷酸盐。在37°C下孵育碱性磷酸酶样品和底物期间,通过监测405 nm处吸光度的增加来追踪反应。
