General description
OTU deubiquitinase 7B (OTUD7B or CEZANNE or ZA20D1) is a de-ubiquitinating enzyme that is known to affect actin structure. It has been implicated in the invasion of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).
Rabbit Anti-ZA20D1 antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, canine, and bovine ZA20D1.
Rabbit Anti-ZA20D1 antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, canine, and bovine ZA20D1.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide directed towards the middle region of human ZA20D1
Application
Rabbit Anti-ZA20D1 antibody can be used for western blot applications at a concentration of 1.25 μg/ml.
Biochem/physiol Actions
The ZA20D1 gene encodes an enzyme that cleaves ubiquitin from proteins. This gene has the ability to down-regulate NF-kappa B which plays a pivotal role in inflammatory processes through induction of adhesion molecules and chemokines.
Physical form
Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
Other Notes
Synthetic peptide located within the following region: WKGGKEEAAGDGPVSEKPPAESVGNGGSKYSQEVMQSLSILRTAMQGEGK

The invasion of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is a significant cause of morbidity and mortality. Here, we identify an E3 ligase, Traf6 and a de-ubiquitinating enzyme, Cezanne/ZA20D1, as important regulators of this process in organotypic models. Traf6 can promote the
