General description

RSU1 codes for a Ras suppressor protein that associates with LIM5 domain of PINCH1 and contributes to adhesion-related functions in cells. It regulates p38 signaling and affects cell survival.
Rabbit Anti-RSU1 antibody recognizes chicken, bovine, human, mouse, rat, zebrafish, and canine RSU1.

Application

Rabbit Anti-RSU1 antibody is suitable for western blot applications at a concentration of 1.25 μg/ml and for IHC at 4-8 μg/ml.

Biochem/physiol Actions

RSU1 is a protein that is involved in the Ras signal transduction pathway, growth inhibition, and nerve-growth factor induced differentiation processes, as determined in mouse and human cell line studies. In mouse, the protein was initially isolated based on its ability to inhibit v-Ras transformation.This gene encodes a protein that is involved in the Ras signal transduction pathway, growth inhibition, and nerve-growth factor induced differentiation processes, as determined in mouse and human cell line studies.
