Biochem/physiol Actions

激活痛觉受体;引起平滑肌收缩;激活 Ca2+ 依赖性一氧化氮合成酶;增加毛细血管通透性。
缓激肽是一种促炎肽,通过 G-蛋白质偶联受体进行作用。它活化鞘脂类的代谢。经缓激肽处理的成纤维细胞的神经酰胺分泌量会有快速而重大的增长,随后鞘氨醇含量也会短暂上升。这种肽也会通过使中性糖脂快速移动来增加细胞的神经酰胺含量。缓激肽在体液和电解质平衡的调节、平滑肌收缩、血管舒张和毛细血管通透性方面都发挥着重要的作用。缓激肽增效剂本身不具有缓激肽活性,但能增强缓激肽的活性。
