应用
毛蕊花素已被用于:
- 通过抑制酪氨酸蛋白激酶 Met (c-Met) 的表达来研究其对胶质母细胞瘤的抑制作用
- 通过调节长链非编码RNA,Ewing肉瘤相关转录物1(EWSAT1),分析其对鼻咽癌细胞生长的影响
- 评价其对大鼠心肌缺血模型左心室射血分数的影响
生化/生理作用
从中药中分离得到异黄酮和植物雌激素。毛蕊异黄酮诱导 HUVEC 血管生成,促进体内和体外雌激素受体阳性细胞增殖。对大鼠胸主动脉也具有血管舒张作用。
毛蕊花素具有多种治疗特性,例如抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒和神经保护作用。研究表明,它对乳腺癌、骨肉瘤、肝细胞癌和结直肠癌等具有抗癌作用。由于其能够加速血管生成过程和增加血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF) 的表达,因此也被推广为心肌梗塞的可能治疗方法。它已被发现可显示出由低渗透压条件所引起的高渗透性。最后,毛蕊花素也被建议用作治疗缺氧相关血管疾病的前体药物。
