应用

生化/生理作用
COX-1 催化花生四烯酸转化为前列腺素 H 2 （前列腺素、血栓素和前列环素生物合成的第一步）。它参与类花生酸的稳态角色，并在几乎所有动物组织中组成性表达。其中，花生四烯酸的表观 K M 为 8.3μM 。
外形
