Biochem/physiol Actions
肌酸激酶(CK)可催化从磷酸肌酸形成肌酸酐。该酶与冠状动脉性能相关。CK-MB 血清水平升高是心肌细胞损伤的主要指标,它被视作心肌梗死诊断的“金标准”。心肌肌钙蛋白 I(cTnI)或心肌肌钙蛋白 I 的水平也与 CK-MB 水平升高相关。慢性肾衰竭时 CK-MB 的水平也可能升高。
