生化/生理作用
丁酰胆碱酯酶 (BChE) 是一种丝氨酸水解酶，结构与乙酰胆碱酯酶 (AChE) 相似，但底物特异性和抑制剂敏感性不同。与 AChE 不同，BChE 能有效地水解较大的胆碱酯，如丁酰胆碱和苯甲酰胆碱。该酶是一种四聚体糖蛋白，具有 4 个相等的亚单位（各 110 kDa）。该酶可被 Ca 2 + 和 Mg 2 + 激活，在 pH 6.0-8.0 范围内活性恒定。可被甜菜碱、尼古丁、有机磷酸盐和氨基甲酸酯抑制。
