C 反应蛋白(CRP) 是一种均五聚体急性期炎症蛋白,主要在肝肝细胞中产生。这种高度保守的血浆蛋白还可由平滑肌细胞、巨噬细胞、内皮细胞、淋巴细胞和脂肪细胞产生。它属于正五聚蛋白家族。
