(Tyr[SO3H]27)胆囊收缩素片段26-33酰胺可激活胆囊收缩素B受体，介导阿片类药物镇痛的抑制作用。具有抗炎作用。介导对细胞因子释放、淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞的抑制作用。
神经递质；中枢神经系统和胃肠道中CCK的主要形式；可能会在饱腹感中发挥作用。
