应用

天然腔肠素用于：
  • 水母发光蛋白测定

  • 在生物发光成像中分析病毒依赖性荧光素酶活性的存在

生化/生理作用

当 Ca 2 + 与复合物结合时，水母发光蛋白复合物的发光基团被氧气氧化并在 465 nm 处发光；用于测量细胞内 Ca 2 + 浓度，灵敏度高，动态范围大。
