Biochem/physiol Actions

二氰基钴啉醇酰胺(Cbi)可用作可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶(sGC)辅助激活因子,并以N末端调节区为靶点。该作用类似于佛司可林对腺苷酸环化酶的作用。二氰基钴啉醇酰胺可提高大鼠细胞内环单磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的水平,并在大鼠中表现出血管舒张活性。它可与多种钴胺素一起用于HIV-1整合酶和一氧化氮合酶抑制的研究。
