生化/生理作用

柠檬酸合成酶催化柠檬酸在辅酶 A 存在下转化为乙酰辅酶 A,释放 H2O和草酰乙酸。该酶分子量为 85 kDa,pI 为 6.1-6.6。可被氟乙酰辅酶 a、棕榈酰辅酶 a 和柠檬酸辅酶 a 抑制。当其被乙酸酐乙酰化或被碘碘化时也受到抑制。

用 3.2 M(NH4)2SO4 溶液 (pH 7.0) 混悬。

制备说明

溶于水,形成 1 mg/mL 浓度的澄清溶液。
