应用

所有胶原蛋白分子均由以三螺旋构象排列的三条肽链组成,其一级结构主要以三个氨基酸作为重复基序,即每隔两个氨基酸是一个甘氨酸残基,其前面的两个位置通常为脯氨酸或4-羟基脯氨酸。 I型胶原不同于其他胶原蛋白的方面为其低赖氨酸羟基化和低碳水化合物构成。
