生化/生理作用
该酶是一种 N-末端亲核 (Ntn) 水解酶,催化酰胺键水解,从类固醇核心释放甘氨酸/牛磺酸部分,最终生成非结合胆汁酸。已证明可氧化巯基的药物(例如,对汞苯甲酸盐、碘乙酰胺、Hg 2 + 、Cu 2 + 和 Cd 2 + )可强烈抑制 产气荚膜梭菌的胆盐水解酶 (BSH) 活性 。
