General description

Application

玉米浆可作为蛋白胨的廉价替代品，用于各种微生物生产方法，包括大肠杆菌（E. coli.）中重组蛋白的补料分批生产、酿酒酵母（S. cerevisiae）的高密度培养和乳酸的发酵生产。
Biochem/physiol Actions
玉米浆作为生化工业的氮源，是酵母提取物的不二之选。白酒中的维生素、矿物质和氮可用于发酵。
