General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
牛钙调蛋白在钙结合时发生构型变化。它与鞘氨酰磷酰胆碱结合，抑制钙调磷酸酶和磷酸二酯酶。
激活环核苷酸依赖性磷酸二酯酶所需的Ca2+结合蛋白。它也是一氧化氮合酶、钙调神经磷酸酶和许多激酶的辅因子/激活剂，包括ATP酶、肌球蛋白轻链激酶和蛋白激酶I、II和III。它通过环ADP核糖介导兰尼碱受体激活，并参与细胞内Ca2+稳态。
