Preparation Note

菜油甾醇以20mg/ml浓度溶于氯仿，可得到透明、无色至淡黄色的溶液。

Analysis Note

通过HPLC和GC分析得到二氢菜子甾醇（24β-甲基-5-胆甾烯-3β-醇；24[S]-麦角甾-5-烯-3β-醇）的含量约为98%，但 13C-NMR显示含量约为35％。
