生化/生理作用
4'-氯二氮卓酮 (Ro5-4864) 是线粒体转运蛋白 18 kDa (TSPO) 的强效选择性配体,以前称为外周苯二氮卓类受体 (PBR)。Ro5-4864 不与 GABA (A) 受体结合,缺乏典型的苯二氮卓类效应,但在多项研究中发现其具有神经保护作用。
