CelLytic™ IB was designed to solubilize protein aggregates called inclusion bodies, which are formed in bacteria when recombinant proteins are overexpressed. CelLytic™ IB was formulated to solubilize the protein of interest for immediate analysis of protein content or refolding procedures.
