General description
CTB（N-（4-氯-3-三氟甲基-苯基）-2-乙氧基-苯甲酰胺）来源于漆树酸。
Application
CTB 已用于研究其P53 蛋白乙酰化的凋亡作用。
Biochem/physiol Actions
HAT 的小分子激活剂如 CTB（N-（4-氯-3-三氟甲基-苯基）-2-乙氧基-苯甲酰胺）可直接改变染色质乙酰化。可作为治疗神经精神、神经发育和神经退行性疾病等认知功能障碍并发症的药物。
