General description

伴白蛋白（Conalbumin）又称卵转铁蛋白，由输卵管中的禽转铁蛋白基因编码。它是由686个氨基酸组成的单体糖蛋白，是转铁蛋白家族的成员。复合白蛋白是鸡蛋清中含量丰富的蛋白质之一。

Application

伴清蛋白已用于：

作为Leibovitz 15（L15）的介质，

Biochem/physiol Actions
