凝胶多糖是一种线性结构的不溶性天然聚合物,主要由粪产碱菌产生。它是一种具有明胶特性的膳食纤维。
Application
来自粪产碱菌的凝胶多糖已用于:
- 刺激鲤鱼巨噬细胞,以调节差异表达基因
- 刺激人肠上皮细胞分泌细胞因子
- 研究其对小鼠肺泡巨噬细胞炎症/呼吸爆发相关基因转录反应的影响
- 在β-1,3–1,4-葡聚糖酶活性检测中用作底物
Biochem/physiol Actions
凝胶多糖在食品工业中=用作食品添加剂。它可以提高羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖支架的弹性,降低了易脆性,有助于骨再生。
热凝胶多糖是一种(1,3)-β-葡聚糖。它是由受体dectin-1识别的病原体相关分子模式(PAMP)。激活的dectin-1与TLR2/TLR6一起可促进信号传导,导致促炎细胞因子的产生,从而诱导炎症。
Preparation Note
对于70℃条件下的凝胶化,氢氧化钠的浓度应为0.01M。
经测试,本品可溶于0.1N氢氧化钠,浓度9.8 - 10.2 mg/mL。溶解时一般需要加热和/或超声处理。该产品并不无菌。用于细胞培养时,使用前应将储备液过滤除菌。
