General description
胱天蛋白酶3荧光检测试剂盒的检测原理是通过胱天蛋白酶3(caspase 3)水解乙酰基-Asp-Glu-Val-Asp-7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素(Ac-DEVD-AMC), 释放7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素(AMC)，发出荧光。 AMC的激发和发射波长分别为360 nm和460 nm。以AMC标准品制作标准曲线，计算酶解产物AMC浓度（AMC标准品已包含在试剂盒中）。
Application
胱天蛋白酶3荧光检测试剂盒专用于检测细胞提取物或胱天蛋白酶3纯化制品中的胱天蛋白酶3活性。
Other Notes
pH 7.4、25 °C下，每单位胱天蛋白酶3每分钟可剪切1.0 μmol Ac-DEVD。
