XCIV-1H2-A8 was developed by immunizing mice with membranes from Leishmania (L) tropica and fusing the mouse spleen cells with NS-1(P3-X63/Ag8-NS1)

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Seed cultures between 1-3x100,000 cells/ml; Saturation density 1,000,000 5% CO₂; 37°C
