Human adenocarcinoma of the caecum of a male patient. Cell Bank Australia reference number: CBA0165.

Optimal split ratio 1:4-1:6 (seeding density 1.6 x 10⁴ cells/cm²). Cells incubated at 37°C with 5% CO₂. Harvest the cells using 0.05% Trypsin/EDTA at 37°C for 5 min. LIM2405 may take 2-3 days to seed after thawing or trypsinisation.
