The bacterially expressed fusion protein, bp37v-myb

Mouse Sp2/0 x Mouse BALB/c spleen

The antibody recognises an antigen on the primary structure of bp37v-myb and binds at or near same site as Myb2-2 and Myb2-3. It cross reacts with v-myb gene product of 45kDa and c-myb gene product of 75kDa. The antibody recognises E26 oncogene product p135gag-myb-ets.

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
