Mouse NS1/1 x Mouse BALB/c spleen
The antibody is directed against surface antigens found on 86% of rat thymocytes, 70% of peripheral T lymphocytes and macrophages. The antigen has a molecular weight of approximately 50kDa. W3/25 positive T cells have been identified as T helper cells.
Preparation Note
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Seed at 5x10,000 viable cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 5x100,000-1x1,000,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days); 5% CO2; 37°C.
