The antibody recognises a determinant on the H-2Dd molecule of B10.A(5R) mouse cells. The antibody also shows allopolymorphism linked to HLA-B7 and B27 in human cells.
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder cells upon resuscitation
