The antibody is directed against ′IgD-like′ molecules of mice with IgB haplotype. The target antigen has a molecular weight of 185kDa and is found on a high proportion of mature lymphoid cells, particularly on cells from Peyer′s patches. It is not detected on thymus cells.

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 1mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
