Yeast tubulin

Rat YB2/O x Rat LOU spleen

The antibody recognises tubulin from yeast as well as from birds and mammals. It appears to be specific for the α subunit of tubulin.

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
