Fischer′s + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Horse Serum (HS) or RPMI 1640 + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Maintain cultures between 3x10,000 to 5x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
