Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 100ug/ml Bromo-deoxy Uridine (BUdR) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 8% CO2; 37°C.
