Biochem/physiol Actions
Established from a lymphoma produced in an NFS/N mouse by injecting CaS-NS-7 ecotropic MuLV. Cells show pre-B cell markers and appear to be at a very early stage of B-cell differentiation.

Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 1mM Oxaloacetic acid + 0.2U/ml Bovine Insulin + 2ug/ml Transferrin + 50μM 2-Mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
