Mouse AKR/J T cell lymphoma
This line is a mutant sub-line of BW5147 which was derived from an AKR/J mouse lymphoma. The cells are resistant to 100βM thioguanine and 1mM ouabain. The cells can be used to produce T-cell hybrids.
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Horse Serum (HS) or 5% Horse Serum (HS) + 5% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
