The antibody recognises a cytoplasmic antigen on monocytes and on most rat macrophage sub-populations. Please note that this hybridoma produces antibody in very low amounts (0.1 μg/ml).

Preparation Note

Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37 °C.
RPMI 1640 + 2 mM glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (heat inactivated)
