The antibody is directed against a brain specific determinant present on a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 130kDa, (CNS gp130). The antibody interacts with the F3-87-8-1 antigen in non human mammalian species.
制备说明
Maintain cultures between 2-5x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells die at 5,000,000 cells/ml. Require mouse macrophage feeders upon resuscitation
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
