The antibody is directed against the monomorphic rat determinant of the MHC Class I antigen. It recognises MHC class I antigens in all of the rat strains tested.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 2-5x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder cells upon resuscitation
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
